RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchases, however we understand that occasionally errors may occur or items may arrive damaged. If this happens, we are more than happy for you to return your item to us . We will offer an exchange or refund for anything that is damaged. We require a photo of the damaged item/s before an exchange or refund is made.

Please email us within three days upon receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refund after this time.

Please email sales@fairydeesgiftshop.com with your name, order number, information on the damage that has occurred, a photograph of the damage and if you require an exchange, refund or exchange. We will respond within 24 hours with information on your replacement, exchange or refund.
